För anamnes var god se kollegas anteckning. Patient är nu åter från röntgen som inte visar någon fri gas eller ileus. Inga tecken till gallstas. Inga hållpunkter för lokalrecidiv eller fjärrmetastaser men lite svårvärderat på grund av avsaknad av intra-abdominellt fett. Ingen obstipationsbild. Lite ascites i lilla bäckenet som är nytt jämfört med tidigare undersökning. Inga hållpunkter för läckage.

For a history, see colleague's note. The patient is now back from x-rays that do not show a free gas or ileus. No signs of cholestasis. No points for lokalrecidiv or distant metastases but a little svårvärderat due to lack of intra-abdominal fat. No obstipationsbild. Some ascites in pelvic inflammatory disease is new compared to the previous survey. No points for leakage.
