Patienten hade ett bristande svar på preop EOX. Och vi har därför, efter att ha diskuterat med kollegor i övriga landet, ordinerat TPF. Efter dos-sänkning av Cisplatin och 5-Fu har detta kunnat tolereras med hjälp av stöd ASIH dock med fortsatt mycket uttalade symptom från slemhinnor och magtarmkanal. Patienten varit i stort sett sängliggande under större delen av behandlingspausen.

The patient had a lack of response to the preop EOX. And we have, therefore, after discussing with colleagues in the rest of the country, prescribes the TPF. After dose-reduction of Cisplatin and 5-Fu, this has been tolerated by means of aid, however, remained very pronounced ASIH with symptoms from mucous membranes and gastrointestinal tract. The patient has been basically bedridden for most of the treatment interval.
