Färgningar för MUC-1 och MUC-2 är också positiva liksom CDX2 där den sistnämnda är mycket svag och heterogent positiv i tumör-cells-kärnorna. Färgningar för PSA och PSAP är negativa, samt TTFl. Uttrycket av SMAD4 är bevarat.
