Pratar med patient. Ingen radiologisk förklaring till patientens smärtor. Han berättar att han en stund efter både måltid och dryck får en huggande känsla i buken. Viktigt att meddelandet skickas till patientens ordinarie läkare, Dr. Ulrika Smed, för uppföljning av röntgensvar då endast preliminärt svar föreligger vid bedömningen. Därefter ställningstagande till om man behöver gå vidare med åtgärd.
